Refund & Return policy

General Terms

  • Return Request Period
    • Product Issues (damage, defect, wrong item)
: within 3 days of receipt
    • Change of Mind: within 10 days of receipt
  • Date of Receipt: Based on the delivery carrier’s tracking information
  • Inspection & Refund: Refunds are processed after the returned item arrives at our facility in Korea and passes inspection (within 5–10 business days)

 

If There Is a Product Issue
- Free Return/Refund/Exchange

  • Scope: Initial delivery with damage, defect, or wrong item
  • Request Period: Must be reported within 3 days of receipt
  • Proof Required: Photo or video taken immediately upon unboxing must be submitted
  • Cost: All costs are covered by OROTTE
  • Resolution: Free replacement or full refund after confirmation

 

If It’s a Change of Mind
- Paid Return/Refund/Exchange

  • Scope: Reasons such as color, size, or personal preference
  • Return Conditions:
    • Items must be unused and undamaged
    • Items must be returned with all original packaging (box, protective materials, wrapping cloth, etc.) intact
  • Damage During Return: If the product is damaged during return shipping, the refund cannot be issued. Proper and sufficient packaging is required.
  • Cost: Customers are responsible for all round-trip international shipping costs
  • Return Method: Customers must ship the return prepaid using a trackable international courier service (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS)
  • Refund Amount: Upon approval, the refund will be issued excluding the original outbound shipping fee

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale/promotional items, gift cards, and products marked as Final Saleation
